Register your CATCH and LIFT system immediately upon purchase - only the systems registered before the emergency will be replaced.

Perform all maintenance on the due date and store the maintenance book in a safe place. This document may be required upon request.
Send us a copy of the logbook entry starting from the day of emergency events, including the names of all those involved.
Let us know how the emergency came about, describe the rescue process and tell us about your experiences with CATCH and LIFT. Authorize us to use this experience report for promotional purposes. Reports will be used in the strictest confidentiality.
